I'm dreaming of a white Christmas...
...just like the ones I used to know.
MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone. Hands down, this is my all time favorite part of the year. I LOVE it, all of it. The snow, the lights, the cookies, the shopping and most importantly, the family moments.
This Christmas season I'm finding I have been able to soak in those moments in a little more. Our kitchen is almost finished and I catch myself just staring around the house, and at the girls playing in it, and feel happy, content and thankful. It's truly a home of happiness and love. Swoon...

...back to reality! The shoot lasted about 4 minutes in TOTAL time. My children are CONSTANT reminders as to WHY I don't photograph anything but happy, cooperative couples in love! haha :)
Merry & Bright
Christmas is almost here! As many of you know, we have been remodeling our kitchen for the last month. I will post before and after photos soon, there is still a lot to do! Well, I knew I wanted the kitchen in working order for Christmas time so I could host a family Christmas cookie day.
As children, my cousins and I would all gather at one of the aunties homes to decorate Christmas cookies. It was so much fun and my memories of it stand out amongst the thousands of holiday moments.
My hope is that Lucy and Ruby can have memories just the same and think of their childhood Christmas' with peace, love and JOY!

Lisa & Adam THE ENGAGEMENT
Lisa & Adam are planning a super unique, destination wedding in Key West. Judging by the endless Florida props they brought to the engagement session, it's sure to be a wedding to remember!
I have to laugh at Lisa and Adams two dogs. When Lisa said she was going for cute dog photos, not "crazy dog lady" I didn't expect bride and groom dog customes. But, if I do say so myself, they turned out pretty cute!
Lisa and Adam, thank you for being so fun and braving the crazies of the world with me that night! :) You were amazing and the wedding is sure to be perfection in paradise! :)

Brittney & Ryan THE WEDDING
Brittney & Ryan choose the wedding date of 11.11.11. It was such a beautiful date for their beautiful wedding. It was actually our last wedding for 2011 and I am so happy I got to spend it with these two love birds.
Brittney and Ryan make you feel like family. They are so warm and gracious. I'm sure that has something to do with the fact their own families are so amazing. Plus, their daughter, is one of the most precious things I have ever seen. Although, she was kind of put out by the fact that mommy forgot to get her a princess crown. :)
The details these two put into their wedding were so unique! Just look at those custom belts! Got to love Etsy! I hope you all take time to love and adore this wedding as much as we did!
